What does the A$150,000 package include?
The complete package includes the shipping-container data centre, electricity unit using self-sufficient technology, local AI compute, storage, networking, cooling, electrical distribution, local AI setup and a perpetual Prevate CMMS source licence for one legal entity. Documentation, 20 SME working days and four 2-hour software training sessions are included. The equipment configuration, delivery plan and commissioning requirements are recorded in the agreed order. Separately requested site works or services require written agreement; the core hardware is included in the package price.
Do we still get the software licence?
Yes. Own Your Software remains part of the package. Your company receives a perpetual licence to use, run and adapt the licensed Prevate CMMS source for its internal business. Prevate retains the underlying IP and trademarks. The right to modify the application does not include the electricity technology, control firmware or know-how.
Can the AI run without internet?
Yes, for the models, data and supporting services configured locally in your deployment. Your team accesses them over the local site network. Cloud integrations, external AI providers and remote updates require a connection when used; they are not part of the offline promise.
How does the AI learn about our site?
During setup, your team provides the approved asset records, manuals, work history and procedures the AI can use. Access is configured for authorised users. The system’s answers depend on the information supplied; your team checks AI outputs before making operational or safety decisions.
What does self-sufficient electricity mean?
The package includes an on-site electricity unit using self-sufficient technology to power the agreed local AI deployment. Power capacity, operating conditions, maintenance requirements and commissioning checks are set out for your installation. No particular output, runtime or uninterrupted service level is promised unless included in the agreed specification.
What hardware and technology do we own?
You receive the supplied equipment under the equipment supply terms, together with rights to operate it and the included software licence. Ownership of the equipment does not transfer Prevate’s designs, power technology, control software or know-how. Servicing and access to protected components follow the supplied operating instructions and agreement, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
What support and training are included?
The package includes local AI setup, documentation, 20 working days of SME implementation and adoption support, and four 2-hour software training sessions. Ongoing support, updates and extra services are agreed separately. Design Studio remains a separate hosted product.
Can we transfer the software licence?
A transfer of the CMMS source licence requires Prevate’s prior written consent and the transfer fee stated in the agreement. Physical equipment ownership and use of embedded controls are addressed separately in the equipment terms.
