What does “own” mean here?
You receive a perpetual, non-transferable license to use, run, and modify the Prevate source for your organisation’s internal business. Prevate retains ownership of the IP and trademarks — this is not an assignment of the codebase.
What are the 20 SME working days?
Twenty total working days of an integrated SME working alongside your team on implementation — large-enterprise grade experience with SAP, Pronto, and Microsoft D365 to drive capability adoption and uplift site go-live. Booking and rescheduling are governed by Schedule A of the Source Code License Agreement.
How does the Cursor training work?
We run four 2-hour sessions that teach your team to build and extend internal AI tools on the platform using Cursor — so capability stays in-house after we leave.
How is this different from AI Agent Access (MCP) or a normal subscription?
MCP and subscription plans let you use Prevate AI on our hosted product. Own Your Software is a one-off source license so you can run and adapt the platform yourself — not perpetual rent of the hosted product.
Can we resell or transfer the license?
Not freely. Any assignment, sublicense, or transfer (including change of control) needs Prevate’s prior written consent and payment of the fixed transfer fee before it takes effect. See the Source Code License Agreement.
