The part was always going to be late. Somebody just had to notice.
Prevate's agentic operations add-on puts AI agents on the parts, suppliers and schedule of a live maintenance operation. The Procurement Agent runs on a timer and checks four things: purchase orders that will land after the work waiting on them starts, the date an order had to be placed given the quoted lead time, suppliers whose on-time history says the promised date will not hold, and requests stalled inside your own approval pipeline. It scores each supplier on on-time rate, average days late and worst case, counted from your own completed orders rather than a shared reputation database. No agent changes anything on its own — detection is deterministic code comparing dates and quantities, the model only writes the explanation, and every proposed action waits for a person to approve it before executing under that person's permissions and audit trail. A Planning Agent covering schedule slip, week overload, PM compliance drift and parts-blocked work runs today; Supervisor, General Manager and Owner agents are registered and coming. Outbound calling to suppliers and delivery drivers is in beta and identifies itself as automated and recorded on every call. The add-on is A$899 per month per organisation, on top of a subscription rather than included in one, and is offered once a site has enough live work history for the agents to have something to compare.
